This site describes our work and how to reach us. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to take on a project. Any engagement between us begins only with a written agreement signed by both sides, and that agreement governs the work rather than anything written here.
Sending us an enquiry creates no obligation on either side. We take on a limited number of residences each year and may decline a project without giving reasons. Please do not send confidential information through the contact form; wait until we have a signed agreement and an agreed channel.
The projects presented here illustrate the type and standard of work delivered by Manuel Group Limited together with its partner studios. Photography is published under licence from those studios.
Project names, locations, and dates are given for illustration. They do not identify individual clients or their properties, whose privacy we protect as a matter of course. Nothing shown should be read as a representation about a particular address, a particular client, or the availability of a particular property.
The text, photography, layout, and design of this site belong to Manuel Group Limited or to the partner studios that licensed them to us. You may read the site, and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not copy, republish, or use the photography or substantial parts of the text for any other purpose without our written permission.
We keep this site current and accurate as far as we reasonably can, but we give no warranty that it is complete, free of error, or available without interruption. Areas, dates, and specifications shown alongside projects are approximate and descriptive rather than contractual.
Where we link to a site we do not operate, we do so for interest only. We have no control over what those sites publish and take no responsibility for their content or their handling of your data.
